In Chiapas, locals are proud to dress with the costume
in the every year celebration and biggest event of Chiapa de Corzo called
“Fiesta Grande”.
But also, women use it across Mexico for special occasions
such as XV birthday’s celebrations for young girls, weddings, and other special
events.
